I obtain personal data directly from you – for example, when:

  • Retention period: For the duration of the course and subsequently according to the legal periods for the retention of accounting documents

  • Retention period: For the duration of the query

• Technical data:

  • Data: IP address, cookies, device or browser information

  • Purpose: Analyzing website traffic, improving website content and functionality

  • Legal basis: Consent to the processing of cookies or legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR)

  • Retention period: For the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, but no longer than the period set in analytics tools and cookies.

Personal data is processed only by me and, where applicable, by the service providers I use (e.g. e-mailing tool, web hosting provider). I do not pass on personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Personal data is stored in secure systems and protected against unauthorised access, misuse or loss.

I do not perform automated individual decision-making within the meaning of the GDPR on this website or in connection with my services. I may use basic segmentation for communication purposes (e.g. sending relevant content or newsletters) which does not have legal or similarly significant impacts on users.
